This wine from the Setúbal Peninsula, South of Lisbon; grows very close to Atlantic ocean. The blend is 65% Touriga Nacional, 22% Alicante Bouschet and 13% Syrah. It has a freshness from the cool breezes of the Atlantic, is young and wild...like a young horse. Blackcurrant, cherries, figs and baking spices. Medium bodied and dry. A modicum of sulphur is used only before bottling.
