From its native home in Bordeaux, Cabernet Sauvignon is the most widely planted red wine grape in California. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and a touch of vanilla. On the palate dark fruits and sweet cedar that ends with a hint of white pepper. Soft tannins and dry, this wine goes well with red meats, bean stews and for sipping with charcuterie.
