Limoncello is the second most popular liqueur in Italy after Campari and has recently become popular in USA. It's pleasantly sweet and mouthwatering. Made from the zest or peels without the pith is steeped in neutral spirit until the oil is released. Served chilled as an after- dinner digestive.
