Grapes are dried for 2 months before 18 day maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels in which ageing continues for 18 months; additional 10 months in bottle. Aromas of vanilla and dried flowers followed by fresh red fruits that blend beautiful with approachable acidity. Dry with a silky mouthfeel and freshness.
