A Cava with a serious Finesse ! Organically grown
Grapes: 70% Parellada, 25% Macabeo & 5% Xarel.lo
This Cava has spent a minimum of 22 months ageing in the bottle (longer then champagne) to give it fresh beautiful notes of crunch apples and biscuity.
Grapes are pressed in a modern pneumatic press that prevents oxidation. Each vine is put separately in small tanks.
