Rosé prosecco was inevitable; the only question was when. In May, 2020 the wine earned D.O.C. status, and the first bottling stared to hit U.S shores. The wine aromas are strawberries, rhubarb, kiwi, and lime peel. Small bubbles and flavors of cranberry, pomegranate; tart and refreshing. Great aperitif and affordable!
