This producer is considered to be Greece's first green winery. Made from 70% Roditis and 30% Malagouzia the wine is sustainable and with a zero carbon footprint. Look for tropical fruit and floral notes. On the palate ripe stone fruit, poached pears and citrus. It's a dry, well balanced refreshing wine. This pairs excellently with fish, shellfish, white meats, pasta and cheese.
