"Les Abeilles" (The bees) is named for the bees that inhabit the vineyards. Made from 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre, offers on the nose, violets combine with plums and cassis. Silky tannins with dark red fruit and a hint of spice on the palate. Pairs with everything form roasted chicken, lamb, pork, charcuterie to assorted cheeses.
