This one comes from Champagne Deutz and Fabrice Rosset who used to run Roederer Champagne. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, the bubbles have a rich texture with notes of toasted brioche, white flowers, and green apple with a bright freshness and great acidity.
