Casa de Saima is located in the heart of Portugal's Bairrada region. The wine is made from the local varietal; Baga. The wine is unfiltered with earthy but yet with fresh notes and flavors of red fruits like sour cherry, black currant and hibiscus. Some herbal notes at the end. It's well balanced, great with beef, lamb, game (Deer, Venison) and poultry.
