Fresh yellow peaches and a Zippi body make the Caracterre Blanc a refreshing summer sipper! While Sauvignon Blanc is the lead player here ( think floral, grassy nose and bright acidity), the Semillon in the blend provides a uniquely fruity richness to round the bottle out. Crushable on it's own, it also pairs well with lighter appetizers, fish and chicken.
