Ben is a boutique winemaker in Victoria's Yarra Valley. This natural wine, unfined & unfiltered intend to express, in his words, "The vineyard in a glass". It's a blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Syrah. A couple of varietal grapes that has become increasingly popular over the las few years. Great option for warm- weather sipping, especially slightly chilled.
