A white wine from Bordeaux, France. Made from Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. A clean and fresh wine with attractive apple, pear, peach, citrus, exotic fruits and some oak. Adding richness and complexity. Long finish and hints of minerality at the end. Great with scallops, roast chicken with tarragon, asparagus quiche or salads.
