This is not your average Muscadet. The grapes come from 70 year old vines and the wine spends 3 years ageing on the lees. The result is the fresh acidity and bright minerality that you'd expect but also a creamy and round texture. You'll find juicy apple, honeydew melon, and peach flavors. It's still totally crushable with oysters but is also rich enough to stand up to heavier seafood dishes.
