If you made a peach cobbler with no sugar, it would taste like this white Cotes-du-Rhone--white peach, earthy vanilla, and a slightly rustic, homey texture from very light filtration. It's 70% Viognier, 20% Marsanne, 10% Grenache, from organic grapes. Medium body and acidity--much more earthy than fruity. A great sipper or serve with anything with cream sauce.
