In 1996 Fabrice Rosset left Roederer Champagne to turn the 150+ year old Champagne Deutz into what is now one of the most respected producers in the world. Their brut rose is made mostly from First and Great Growth Pinot Noir grapes with a bit of Chardonnay and is aged for 3 years on the lees. It's elegant and nuanced with very fine bubbles, flavors of strawberry and pomegranate, and a savory minerality that sets it apart from other sparkling roses. Makes for a beautiful gift or a treat for yourself!
