Sometimes it happens. Please call us right away (212-262-6000) if you realize you made a mistake, and we will try to correct your order before it leaves the store. Payment will be corrected by charging the entire corrected order and refunding the entire previous order. Please allow 48 hours (plus whatever time required by your credit card) for refunds to be processed. If your order has already left the store, we will recall the delivery staff with your original order and, time permitting, send the corrected order the same day. Whether time permits is at our discretion. Unfortunately, the delivery staff carries very little cash and cannot make corrections or returns at your door.
