A rosé version of Txakoli, made on the northern, Atlantic coast of Spain from 50% Hondarrabi Zuri (white) and 50% Hondarrabi Beltza (black). It has a great earthy-fruity balance: strawberry and floral notes plus intense minerality and a dash of sausagey fat. Yes, it's spritzy! Great with Mexican, Thai, seafood, and totally sippable on its own. Organic grapes.
